EU Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During high-volume launches, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping to the European Union

We currently offer shipping to select EU countries. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

  • Europe: 1–4 weeks

Please note that international shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs, VAT, Duties & Import Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or additional charges required by their country upon delivery. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

GPSR & EU Compliance

As a US-based small business, we make every effort to comply with applicable EU regulations for eligible products sold within the European Union, including product safety and labeling requirements where applicable. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failed delivery attempts, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the postal carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal service directly.

Returns & Exchanges for EU Orders

Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges may not be accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
